The Titus Center for Franchising at Palm Beach Atlantic University has announced the awarding of a $10,000 Seiber Family Endowed Scholarship, marking the largest single student scholarship in the center’s history. The announcement was made during the annual scholarship ceremony held in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Typically, scholarships at the Titus Center range from $2,500 to $3,500. This year, nearly $30,000 in total scholarships were distributed to students.

Geoff Seiber, CEO of FranFund and representative of the Seiber Family Endowment, presented the endowed scholarship to Osememe “Meme” Omofomah. Omofomah was recognized for his academic performance and essay submission. He also received an additional $250 cash award.

“This level of generosity has a profound impact not only on the student recipient, but on the culture of giving that strengthens our entire program,” said Martha Tomas Flynn, Director of the Titus Center for Franchising. “Geoff and Sherri Seiber’s leadership and commitment to developing future franchise professionals reflect the very best of our franchising community. Their support will change lives for years to come.”

“Sherri and I believe deeply in the power of education to change the trajectory of a young person’s life,” said Geoff Seiber. “The students at the Titus Center consistently impress us with their drive, character, and passion for franchising. Investing in them is investing in the future of our industry—and we couldn’t be more proud to support Meme and the remarkable work happening at Palm Beach Atlantic University.”

In addition to Omofomah’s award, several other students received scholarships funded by various partners and supporters:

– Don Dwyer Sr. Endowed Scholarship: Haley Arruda
– The Birdie Fund Annual Scholarship: Matthew Young
– JJ Prendamano Annual Scholarship: Roman Caulk
– Kobel Family Annual Scholarship: MacKenzie McGarrity
– Chick-fil-A West Palm Beach Annual Scholarship: Taylor Schantz
– Morrow Hill Annual Scholarship: Frida Alsterhem
– FIRE35 Future Leader Annual Scholarship: Nina Maduzia

“Our scholarship donors make it possible for our students not only to advance academically but to enter the franchise industry with purpose, confidence, and opportunity,” Flynn added. “We remain grateful for their partnership and the futures they help shape.”

The Titus Center for Franchising is part of Palm Beach Atlantic University’s Rinker College of Business in West Palm Beach. Established in 2017 through a $1.5 million endowment from Ray Titus—founder and CEO of United Franchise Group—the center offers a 12-credit concentration as part of a bachelor’s degree program focused on franchising education.
