Miami-Dade County experienced a decrease in total condo sales volume last week, even as the number of units sold increased. Between August 18 and August 24, brokers closed 76 condominium transactions amounting to $49 million. This was a rise in the number of deals compared to the previous week’s 55 closings, but down from $94.2 million in total dollar volume.

The average sale price for condos last week was $644,907, lower than the previous week’s average of $1,713,245. The average price per square foot also dropped to $493 from $820. These figures are based on data from Redfin.

Among the top 10 condo sales during this period, prices ranged from $1.3 million up to nearly $7 million.
