Chuck Bonfiglio has taken on the role of president for Florida Realtors in 2026. Bonfiglio, who is also the broker and owner of AAA Realty Group in Plantation, previously served as treasurer, vice president, and president-elect at the organization. He will represent over 230,000 realtors throughout Florida and intends to focus on issues such as taxes, insurance, and affordability.
In another appointment, CBRE named Christine Jarro as director of property management in South Florida. Jarro comes to CBRE after nearly three years as associate director at Cushman & Wakefield. She will oversee management for 13 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial properties across the tri-county area.
Township Capital announced the promotion of Jonathan Sparacio to chief operating officer. Sparacio joined Township as director of finance in 2024 and now will be responsible for guiding financial strategy, capital planning, and operational infrastructure at the firm. Township is led by founder and CEO Matthew Gorelik with a portfolio that includes various asset classes across U.S. regions.
The Keyes Company has added the Landmark IV Group—previously known as Landmark IV Realty—to its Hollywood office. Landmark IV was established in 1980 by Janie Berman and is currently run by her along with her daughter Amy Berman.
Dawn McKenna, a top agent with Coldwell Banker Realty, has expanded her team’s operations into the 30A and Destin areas. New agents joining McKenna include Bonnie Hall and Maria McKenna. Hall has been active in the region since 2012 while Maria McKenna joined Coldwell Banker in 2021. Their markets cover locations along the Emerald Coast such as Fort Walton Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Panama City Beach. Property prices have surged recently; a beachfront teardown sold last month for $41 million—a new record for the area.
Elsewhere among brokerages, BI Group selected One Sotheby’s International Realty to serve as broker for Parkside—a planned eight-story condo-hotel project with 187 units located in Brickell.
Brown Harris Stevens continues to grow its presence in South Florida by bringing on the Arca Group—a four-agent team consisting of Jenny Gonzalez, Rocio Useche, Adriana Sanchez, and Diana Yocum—from Engel & Völkers to its Continuum office. According to Brown Harris Stevens’ announcement, this group’s combined career sales exceed $600 million.
