The Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) has scheduled a virtual customer meeting for Citrus Waterworks, Inc. customers on October 30, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. EDT.

Citrus Waterworks filed an application with the FPSC on April 30, 2025, seeking adjustments to its water and wastewater rates in Citrus County. The upcoming virtual meeting is intended to allow customers to provide input regarding the proposed rate changes and the company’s quality of service. The FPSC will consider customer comments as part of its review process.

Customers interested in speaking during the meeting can register by completing an online form found under Hot Topics on the FPSC website and clicking the “Sign-up to Speak” link, calling the FPSC at 1-850-413-7080, or emailing the FPSC. Registration for speakers opens on October 16 at 9:00 a.m. EDT and closes on October 28 at noon.

The utility currently serves 154 residential customers and one general service customer in Citrus County. Those who do not wish to speak may watch the live broadcast of the meeting by selecting “Watch Live and Archived PSC Events” on the FPSC website.
