The Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) is set to hold a Commission Conference on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. in Tallahassee. The meeting will take place at the Betty Easley Conference Center in the Joseph P. Cresse Hearing Room.

Following the Commission’s Internal Affairs meeting, a Cost Recovery Clauses hearing will be held. During this proceeding, the FPSC will consider cost recovery requests from Florida’s investor-owned utilities. This includes issues related to fuel costs, conservation programs, environmental compliance, capacity needs, purchased gas expenses, and storm protection plans. The hearing will address projected recovery factors for 2026 as well as adjustments for actual amounts from 2024 and 2025.

The agenda for items scheduled at the Commission Conference is available to the public. Members of the public who wish to comment on any item may do so if it is noticed for public participation. Those interested in participating are encouraged to contact the FPSC’s Office of General Counsel at 850-413-6199.

If necessary, the Cost Recovery Clauses hearing will continue from November 5 through November 7 at the same location.

A live broadcast of both the Commission Conference and the hearing will be accessible online by clicking “Watch Live and Archived PSC Events.” Coverage may also be available through The Florida Channel on local television listings.
