The Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) has scheduled a virtual customer meeting for Gulfstream Utility, LLC customers on January 13, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. The meeting follows Gulfstream’s application for a rate increase submitted to the FPSC in June 2025. Gulfstream currently provides wastewater services to 965 residential customers in Orange County, while water service is supplied through a bulk agreement with Orange County.

The purpose of the meeting is to allow customers to comment on the quality of service and the process of setting rates. According to the FPSC, “All customer input will be considered by the Commission when it evaluates the utility’s rate increase request.”

Customers who want to speak during the meeting must register ahead of time. Registration can be completed online through the FPSC’s speaker sign-up form under the “Hot Topics” section on its homepage. Those without internet access can register by phone or email. Registration opens at 9:00 a.m. on December 30 and closes at noon on January 9.

A live webcast of the meeting will be available for those who wish to watch but not participate directly.
