The Florida Chamber of Commerce will participate in National Support Your Local Chamber of Commerce Day on October 15, 2025. This day is recognized across the United States to highlight the contributions of local and regional chambers in supporting economic growth, job creation, and community development.

There are more than 200 local and regional chambers in Florida. These organizations work to support businesses, develop talent pipelines, drive infrastructure projects, and advocate for policies that aim to make Florida more competitive. Their efforts align with the goals set out in the Florida 2030 Blueprint.

Mark Wilson, President & CEO of the Florida Chamber of Commerce, stated: “Local chambers are the heartbeat of Florida’s communities. They give businesses a voice, champion entrepreneurship, and bring the Florida 2030 Blueprint to life at the local level. We’re proud to work to ensure Florida remains the best place in the world to live, work, learn, and do business with Florida’s local chamber network. As I’ve said many times, show me a strong community and I’ll show you a strong chamber.”

On October 15, the Florida Chamber plans to spotlight various local chambers that demonstrate leadership in workforce development, economic diversification, and community prosperity. Businesses and community partners are encouraged to join by tagging their local chamber on social media, sharing stories of success, and using hashtags such as #SupportYourLocalChamber #FloridaChamber and #FloridaBusiness.

The Florida Chamber of Commerce represents employers throughout the state as its largest federation of businesses, chambers of commerce, and associations. For over a century, it has worked to unite businesses in creating economic opportunities for Floridians. More information about its mission can be found at floridachamber.com.
