As the real estate buying season intensifies in South Florida, Compass has expanded its presence by bringing on the Champagne & Parisi Team to its Boca Raton office. The 78-agent team, formerly known as Champagne & Parisi Real Estate, was established in 2011 by Claude Champagne and Caesar Parisi. Their focus is on luxury properties in areas such as Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Highland Beach, and Boynton Beach.

Compass has seen significant changes this year, notably with its $1.6 billion acquisition of Anywhere Real Estate. The firm’s growth at the local level continues; in July it added the Korman Group, a 40-agent team based in Boca Raton, and in September brought on another 15-agent team in Stuart.

In other personnel moves within the region’s real estate sector, KW Property Management & Consulting (KWPMC) announced that Jennifer Santaniello has joined as regional vice president. She will oversee the company’s Palm Beach County portfolio with a focus on maximizing property values for condominium and homeowner association properties. Santaniello previously held the position of vice president of the Manhattan condo and co-op division at FirstService Residential.

KWPMC was recently chosen to manage Forté on Flagler in West Palm Beach. The newly completed condominium project from Two Roads Development and Alpha Blue Ventures features 25 stories and 40 units. Closings began earlier this summer, with buyers including Fox News contributor Liz Peek, New York Times heiress Cynthia Sulzberger, and former Sotheby’s Holdings CEO Michael Ainslie.

Odevo, a Sweden-based company, acquired KWPMC from founder Paul Kaplan in 2022 and appointed him CEO of Odevo U.S. last year. In February, Odevo named Katalina Cruz as CEO of KWPMC and senior vice president of Odevo U.S., while Jorge Lago was promoted to president and chief operating officer of KWPMC.

Additionally, Illustrated Properties has appointed Shane McCain as director of commercial real estate. McCain founded BluEdge Professional Real Estate in Palm Beach Gardens and is bringing seven associates from BluEdge to join Illustrated’s headquarters staff.
