Shaklee Corp. CEO Roger Barnett and his wife, journalist Sloan Barnett, have sold their waterfront mansion in Coconut Grove for $71.9 million. The property, located at 3085 Munroe Drive, was purchased by a trust managed by Benjamin Babcock of Greenberg Traurig and Mary McFadden Quisenberry, chief operating officer at Rosewood Family Advisors.

The 10,400-square-foot home features seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms and was completed in 2015. The Barnetts bought the nearly one-acre estate from billionaire Jorge Mas in 2021 for $45.9 million. This sale represents an increase of over 60 percent from their purchase price almost five years ago.

Roger Barnett leads Shaklee Corp., a company specializing in nutrition and green cleaning products. He also founded Beauty.com, an early online cosmetics retailer. He is the son of Victor Barnett, former chairman of Burberry, and is part of the Wolfson family. Sloan Barnett is a lawyer and journalist who has written books on nutrition; she is the daughter of the late billionaire George Lindemann.

In addition to this property, the Barnetts own another waterfront mansion at 46 Star Island Drive, which they acquired in 2021 for $38 million.

Coconut Grove has experienced several high-value real estate transactions recently. The neighborhood is home to several billionaires, including hedge fund manager Ken Griffin, who paid nearly $107 million for a four-acre waterfront estate previously owned by Adrienne Arsht at 3031 and 3115 Brickell Avenue in 2022.

Last month, Jorge Mas—chairman of MasTec and managing owner of Inter Miami CF—sold a 7.3-acre residential lot adjacent to the Kampong botanical garden for more than $100 million to an undisclosed buyer.

Also in December, Banyan Ridge—a 4.5-acre waterfront compound at 3585 Anchorage Way—was sold for $101.5 million according to MLS records; it had been listed most recently for $115 million. The seller was the estate of Jonathan Lewis, a well-known Miami restaurateur and LGBT advocate.
